  • Due to health and safety reasons and our products being perishable, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. What we can offer you is confidence that you will love SANS!
  • If you do receive an order that is damaged or defective or if the wrong order was delivered, please reach out to our team immediately at so we can help make it right!


  • Our orders are typically shipped within 2-4 business days. *Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed due to carrier delays or unforeseeable events, such as inclement weather.
  • We currently offer FREE shipping to all 50 states! *We currently do not ship to PO boxes.
  • International shipping is not yet available, but we are working on it! 
  • Please be sure to double-check your shipping address before you checkout (we all make mistakes!). Due to high production and shipping costs, we are unable to reship orders if the wrong address is entered upon checkout. We appreciate your understanding!
