These pictures were taken at the most stressful time of my life in 2024. My anxiety was to the extreme with health (but more on that story another time) and it affected my mental well being, relationship, and disrupted my health even more. I took my own advice and started to focus on my well being with nutrition, sleep, diving deep into recovery and then seeking professional help for my anxieties. Today in less than 2.5 months i finished production for @allsproductions and sleeping better than ever and my mindset has never been clearer. In the storm comes light.
